How to Take Your Measurements

Chest: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest area of your chest, keeping it comfortably straight and level.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist without pulling the tape too tightly.

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape level for an accurate measurement.
