★ Return Eligibility:To be eligible for a return,the item must:Be unworn,unused and unwashed.Remain in the same condition in which you received it.Have the original tags attached,where applicable.Include the original packaging,where applicable.Be accompanied by your order number or other valid proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

2. Return Shipping Costs

★ Damaged,Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged,defective or different from what you ordered,Clothing Depot will cover the return shipping cost.When applicable,we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

★ Wrong Size,Color or Change of Mind:

If you ordered the wrong size or color or simply changed your mind about your purchase,the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

★ Restocking Fees:Clothing Depot does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

4. Damaged,Defective or Incorrect Items

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return,including:

Items marked as Final Sale.

Gift cards.

Custom-made or personalized products.

Items that have been worn,washed,altered or damaged after delivery.

Items returned without original tags or packaging when those items were included with the original order.

6. Exchanges

We currently recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired size or color.Once your return has been approved and processed,you may place a new order for the replacement item.

7. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item,we will review the return and notify you whether the refund has been approved.
